Mothers’ Club Fall Children’s Clothing & Toy Resale

Saturday March 11, 2017 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

The St. Christopher Mothers' Club hosts a semiannual children's clothing and toy resale every fall and spring. This event helps community members to buy and/or sell gently used children's items, including clothing, toys, books, baby items and more, with proceeds from the event benefiting St. Christopher School. Interested sellers pay $10 to receive a seller number, with the seller receiving 70% of the proceeds and St. Christopher School receiving 30%.

Our Fall Resale will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017, from 8am-1pm in the St. Christopher School Gym, with setup on Friday, September 30th, from 4-7pm.

If you are interested in participating in our resale, please read the Resale Information sheet that outlines all the rules and sign the Resale Registration form. Turn the bottom portion of the sheet along with your $10 fee to:

Once we receive your registration and fee, we will assign you a seller number. This will be the number you will put on the tags (downloadable in PDF or Word format) and then you can start pinning!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sell my maternity clothes?
No, we only sell children’s clothes: Baby to Pre-teen
Can I put my items on hangers?
You can only use hangers for dresses and coats. If you put items that are no dresses or coats we will ask that you remove them put your items on the tables.
Are there any clothes you won’t take?
While we try not to turn away any items we do require that clothes be stain free, tear and rip free and clean. We want people to keep coming back to our resale and one of the ways is to ensure we have good quality items. The more people who come through our doors the more you can sell! We also will not accept bathing suits or under wear/under garments.
How does drop off work?
On Friday night, you bring your already pinned items and your $10 fee (if you haven’t paid already). We have tables labeled by sex and size. You put your items on the corresponding table and you are done!
What are the fees and how do I get paid?
There is a $10 registration fee that must be paid prior to or on the night of drop off. Then there is a 70/30 split. St. Christopher receives 30% of all sales while you keep 70%. If you sell $100 total you go home with $70.
Is there any way to get my registration fee back?
Yes! If you volunteer at the event for at least 2 hours, your fee will be returned to you upon final payout for the day. For this resale we are scheduling 2 hour blocks of time as help is needed throughout the day. Volunteer opportunities include assisting with checkout, floor monitors, and end of sale resorting. The bottom of the registration from contains signup times.
What if I can’t pick up my items once the sale is over?
We cannot keep any items that have not sold or store them for a later pick up If you cannot be there to pick up your unsold item, either reconsider selling at this year’s resale or make other arrangements for someone else to pick up your items.
